    Normally, our guarantee for goods is TWO YEARS from the date we marked on goods. During the guarantee period, we can offer free-maintenance; technology support for how to install, use, maintain, and solve problems, etc; we also can accept replacements for defective products that caused by the product itself. We also can supply maintenance with free labor cost, BUT we will charge a little cost of the material( for the damaged components). You will also have to undertake transpotation cost.

    The best installation way of a brushless DC pump is in horizontal direction, the outlet is upward, (If you require another installation method, please inform us when you purchasing, to enable us to adjust all the specifications of the pump to a best working condition.) 2.     We have our own R&D department, sample emgineering department.The R&D department is responsible of the new product design, product struction and performance improvement,etc. The sample engineering department is responsible of the confirmation of the samples before ordering and preparation of samples for testing, accroding to customer`s demand.   • Usage & Maintenance
    1.将稳压电源开关打开，设置水泵所需要的电压。将稳压电源电压调节到所需的电压数值，如水泵要求12VDC，则调至12VDC，如水泵要求是24VDC， 则调节到24VDC。
